Delivery Terms.

Where a delivery has been arranged, it is your responsibility to ensure that purchased goods will fit in your room of choice and that there is sufficient access to this room. No returns ot refunds are permitted in the event that an iten can not be delivered to the room of choice. Please check all measurements carefully and thoroughly.

 

Damaged Goods Procedure.

We require notice within 3 working days of delivery/ collection should you discover that any items of furniture are damaged. In order to resolve and damage claim, you may be required to submit photographic evidence. We may send out an agent to further assess damage. We resolve damage claims by offering a repair or replacement. We do not offer cash refunds.

 

We reserve the right  to cancel an order placed online at any time pre delivery. By placing an order with us, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions. Any changes to these conditions will be updated on this website and will be deemed to be the terms in force at the time of delivery or collection of your order. This does not affect your statutory rights. Any concerns or comments over these terms and conditions should be made in writing to the registered office at Unit 4, Dunscar Business Park, Blackburn Road, Egerton, Bolton BL7 9PQ.
