Shisham
Items in our Indian section are made from this wood. Often referred to as Indian Rosewood, this is an extremely durable hardwood which carries a beautiful warm golden brown grain with many different tones, making each item individual. Grown in plantations, the centre for production of these pieces is Jodhpur, Rajasthan in North West India. These pieces are still largely handcrafted creating a rustic and charismatic charm. The furniture is finished with wax and buffed to give a smooth highly polished look.

Oak
Oak is a light hardwood that features a tight grain and is often oiled or lacquered. A very versatile timber, oak can be made in just about anything due its ability to retain its shape and strength when cut to size. It remains ever popular due to its ageless qualities.
Whilst most of our oak pieces are crafted at source close to the plantations, some items are now constructed in China using imported timber from North America and Russia. We are a major retailer for the Christian Harold Brand which supplies high quality European oak pieces from their base in Lithuania. We also supply world renowned French Oak furniture using many different companies based in France. Other sources for our oak pieces include Bulgaria, Poland, Romania, Slovenia, Croatia and Vietnam.

Pine
Pine has seen a rise in popularity in recent times as more people move away from traditional flat pack fitted furniture. Keenly priced and versatile, pine is the ideal choice for customers wanting a bespoke option or to colour match to existing furniture. Our pine products are sourced from the UK, Romania and Poland.
We handcraft our own rustic Boss range which can be made to any dimensions and colours. Although you will see a range of these products on the website, you can contact us to enquire about a bespoke solution.

Teak
This range of furniture takes recycling to the extreme. Look closely and you will see an old fence post, a wheel axle or even a buffalo yoke. Dredged from Thai swamps our range of reclaimed teak is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use and is sure to create a talking point at any dinner party or barbeque.
Delivery time: 6-8 Weeks
Leather
Our products use leather from some of the finest tanneries in world, with Italy providing the hides on a large range of sofas and chairs. Jack and Rose use selected hides from Argentinean buffalo which as well as being rough, means that it is both durable and long lasting. Tetrad is also selective, picking the highest grade leathers for that ultimate soft feel.
